qwixter: I am kind of disappointed in the sale. Not much of my wishlist went on sale and the two games that did go on sale were kind of low on the wishlist. Oh well, there's always x-mas.
I bought a lot not on my wishlist, but yes maybe only 2 or 3 from the wishlist itself which is sad.

hmm do I want to spend lots of money at Christmas (been an expensive month this one let alone next month).
What's happening gog ?

I wanted to buy some games before bedtime but suddently almost all of them on my basket got back to full price.
Is that normal ?
I saw "12h left" and did not precipitate me but suddently everything disappeared...

This sale has been needlessly unfocused anyhow.

Gimme Insomnia any day.

Worth it for me newcomer :) ! So many titles at -80 -85%.
Maybe more boring for those who almost got everything they want ^^

This sudden daily deals disappearance is sad though, i really wanted Stacking.

True. This sale has had good games at great prices, no doubt and no complaints.

But Insomnia is just way more suspenseful and magic.Da Best!
I still don't understand why first day of the sale about 90% of the entire catalog was on sale. Final day? Not even half. I didn't buy anything because I just assumed those deals would still be around or come back and I could think about them, but it appears GOG shot their load first day and everything since has been a disappointment.

Since i'm a newcomer I never saw an insomnia sale, but if, as the title goes, i need to stop sleeping to get flash deals, this is going to be tough !

Actually the first day, all deals were at the same % discount they have been after, the first day was like an encore day, sadly, i was not there =/

Well there are three rounds repeating flash deals, always with the chance of winning a free game throughout.
The first round obviously is the most suspenseful but flash deals or not, throughout the three rounds there is more than enough opportunity to get what you want.

What I mean is, there were deals I was thinking about but since then they either haven't been on sale or I just didn't see them. I'm not a big fan of the whole timing thing on deals, I don't like being rushed.

First day I was actually looking through the catalog at deals and noticing all kinds of games I didn't even know where on GOG or had never heard of. If they had stayed on sale throughout I might have picked them up but I'm not gonna piecemeal them as the deals come around.

It just doesn't make any sense. Why would you do the huge catalog sale at the beginning of the sale but not at the end? I find it kind of baffling to be honest.
