Awesome daily deals and bundles up to -90%. Free games to unlock. Fuzzy squirrel on the front page.

Ah yes. Fall. A time of gold and scarlet, overcoats, and increasingly cozy afternoons. A fine time to start stocking up for the winter. A fine time for a gaming sale indeed… So welcome to the Big Fall Sale - 11 days of new daily deals every 12 hours, a new set of bundles every 24 hours and free games to unlock.

The Big Fall Sale goes to eleven. It's one better, isn't it?
Today, the last day of the Big Fall Finale, is also a day of all the remaining daily deals - there's just so many of them. It's the time to grab everything you might be kinda into, and just maybe it'll also score you a free game or two, or three.

As we wind down the deals and pack our bundles, there's just one more thing to say: thanks for joining us in the Big Fall Sale!

While you're here, grab a few extra games for free by doing your thing and shopping around. The more you spend, the more you'll get back, so when your total spendings exceed $5, $15, and $30, you'll unlock a new game for FREE. They're pretty good ones too:
--System Shock 2 - free for everyone who spends at least $5.
--The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena - free for everyone who spends at least $15.
--Banished - free for everyone who spends at least $30.

Pet the squirrel, grab your nuts, stock up for winter, and stay cozy out there - the Big Fall Sale is here with 11 days of discounted gaming joy, new deals every day, free games to collect, and plenty of reasons to keep coming back! The sale will last until November 15, 1:59 PM GMT.

Why Crimsonland did not appear today? Was it one of those last chances? :(

arxon: I missed that Stasis has the same tag. Seeing it only on Far Cry got me confused
avatar
ALH: Strange that the Stasis Deluxe Edition is not labelled "last chance".
Even more strange is that the Deluxe Edition Upgrade(which i was considering) is now not on sale at all anymore.
Was the upgrade ever part of the sale? I had Technobabylon in my wishlist from months ago and bought it straight from there early in the sale overlooking the Deluxe Edition, Then I noticed yesterday that the Deluxe edition was on sale too when Technobabylon showed back up. Not needing the full deluxe version, I asked support about the upgrade to the deluxe version. They responded that upgrades weren't part of the sale because they "would clutter up" the page too much. So maybe the Stasis Deluxe Edition Upgrade wasn't there either.

Disappointing. A little upgrade love from GOG would have restored some of the enthusiasm lost by earning 3 free games I already owned.

Azhdar: After reading several reviews, I wishlisted it. No plan for buying it from this sale. I may buy it in Christmas/Winter sale. Thanks for the details.
avatar
HunchBluntley: It almost certainly won't be on sale again in the winter sale (unless it's part of a bundle, which is probably unlikely), so you'd probably have to wait until sometime next year. Just FYI. : )
I can survive until next year. :D
avatar
dj-fedos: Can't see the dailies timer :( But I hope they will be too, as I haven't decided where to spend my last money haha.
avatar
Grargar: Every game that doesn't have the "Last chance" notice (a watch at the top-left of its picture) should return. From the current daily deals, everything should repeat, except for Far Cry 1+2 and Stasis, which won't repeat.
Wonder how they will do the dailies? surely wont be enough time to last chance them all at this point?
avatar
dj-fedos: Seems... you're right. Timer on current bundles when you open them is not 15hrs (like on main page), but 39hrs...
avatar
Pond86: IF this is true then that's a shame. Shame on you GOG for no Star Trek/Star Wars packs.
They have to keep some aside for the Xmas sale

They might do it like the first day.

What in hell did you do to your avatar? =D

Not me, just found it through the internet. Let's just say that the cat has been merged with CATS to become... CATS? (Or even catS).

Jeez, I was familiar with the ol' Zero Wing meme-complex already, and I still never would have made the connection in a million years. : P
Wait... Wasn't Nox discounted 75% in previous appearances in this sale?

It was.

Bummer

Well, I was on the fence about buying it... Not any more. ;)

Wont the frontpage be a billion lines long considering all the bundles will be up as well? (guessing)

I would hope it's just an error and that GOG will fix it. Changing the discount a game gets like that would be pretty shady.

The Stasis Deluxe Upgrade definitely was part of the sale.Or at the very least it had been on sale during this Fall sale so far.I remember considering it but then hesitated because i wanted to wait and see whatever else this sale might yield.
Just two more days to go and I still haven't bought anything. I'm rather proud of myself (although I wasn't tempted much by the offers).

That could still change of course, depending on what GOG has up its sleeve for today... but with all the "end of year" celebrations/craziness coming up, I wouldn't mind keeping my wallet closed for now. Maybe the winter sale will be different. (Depending on what progress I can make on the ole backlog during the holidays.)

Anyway, hoping everyone is enjoying this thing (and not had too many squirrel-related nightmares due to lack of insomnia).
