One quick thing you might try is just check the connections of the cable from the video card to the montior. Probably not it, but I had a bunch of vertical lines running down the tv screen last night while watching a DVD. Turned out the HDMI cable was loose at the tv side. I reseated it and voila! Crystal ckear picture. As I said, probably not the issue here, but it's easy to check.

It's impossible to ignore bad trolls, because all the community should do it together, and it will never happen.

I get the feeling that Crewdroog is alright with him because he behaves himself in her thread. Which he does do occasionally, and I've even offered to forgive him if he does so across the forum, but he doesn't. All that can really be done now is just avoid acknowledging him, unless you want to go the Cyrapxt route and attempt to harass the staff into submission, which would require a mass, organized effort.
