Up to 50% off Prehistorik, Dragon Wars, and Odallus: The Dark Call.

Ah. The good old days. Things were just... better back then, y'know? Not even the big things. The little things were better too. Like the dinosaurs. Precious things. Or the massive clubs and axes we used to carry around with us all the time. Who needs smartphones anyway? Anyway, sometimes it's nice to hop on the nostalgia train straight to TimeMachine City where the the rules don't matter and continuity is iffy. Back to the Olden Times with a Weekly Staff Pick of four titles at 33-50% off.

Odallus: The Dark Call harkens back to the old days in theme and gameplay. It's a title that looks, plays, and feels precisely like the Ghosts’n Goblins, Demon’s Crest and Castlevania era. It was also released in 2015. In Odallus, you'll traverse ancient times of spears, axes, and heroism. A darkness has spread across the world, and you, Haggis, must save your only son.

But Prehistorik times were a simpler times. You had the simple cloths, your basic dinosaurs, and a life of hunting. And so, here you'll traverse the dinosaur-laden lands searching, smashing, and hopping for food to bring back to your starving village. It's a classic platformer that's rightfully earned its place in many young gamers' hearts. For a more immersive experience, try pretending like you've never seen a computer before.

Wasteland, Bard's Tale, Battle Chess, Dragon Wars. A product of its day's greatest game designers, called the ultimate role-playing fantasy. You have arrived at a mythical place where where streets are paved with gold and anything you desire is yours. However, the King has declared magic illegal in this land, you're arrested on the spot. Sentenced to a lifetime in the Purgatory, a disgusting byproduct of the world above, you must... make your history.

History, prehistory, or simple fantasy... things were just better in the Olden Times. You too can go back, with our Weekly Staff Picks at 33-55% off. The promo will last until Thursday, October 22, 3:59 GMT.
Bump and Dragon Wars for me :-D
You know what? I was gonna say that while it was on my Wishlist (and I bought something from the previous sale including a game I already owned), Odallus was still quite a bit expensive but as under 10 euros for such a recent game, I could let myself be tempted. Seems quite fun enough from what I've seen/read. :)
i saw promo and logged in then saw a weird capcha? i thought ????
immediately i scanned my pc again with av and malwarebytes tool , pc was clean.
then i searched forum and found a july post telling about thte google thing.

I havent seen any notification in my mailbox regarding this, so you can imagine i was kinda 'shocked'.
One question: how does the no bot check feedback to the login? i mean i hope it is 100% bulletproof cause it be nasty if some login would slip to google, google knows already way too much then they should know, i think google are a bunch of nosey people who know too much for their own good .

if you logged in you noticed it... i logged in first.... but i saw nothing, it did say that i apparently made a type mistake, thats nonsense cause i selcted my login and paste that i always make sure i dont select emptyspaces before and behind the last letter so there should not be a mistake, yet i saw that confirm no bot goolge thing.
I was shocked and started my scanning with av and malwarebytes tool.
I logged into all accounts i have for 5 tot 9 years and nope, no captcha so it was not a google thing forcing captcha.
Besides all these accounts still exist, no tampering happend, ever...
My wallet is safe yet again.

I don't have any of the games, but I'll pass. This promo is not my cup of tea.
None for me in this batch either...
As an old-school gamer, seeing Prehistorik and Dragon Wars in a promo just made me happy! :) That's why I love GOG.

Wow. Nope don't have it here. It almost looks photoshopped, but I doubt you'd go through the effort. Interesting.
«And so it was that Prehistorik & Prehistorik 2 went from my wishlist to my library.»

i am a bad photoshopper , so its for real trust me.
okay i will log out, an relogin and make a big typo, then i will see what happens, thats why i alsways take screenshots, as a proof, besides i dont gain anything by making jokes besides i hate bad jokes and i hate liars and lying even more, if someone lied to me they wont have to come and ask anything again.
Thats why i hate politcians, they always lie, especially the dutch government has a bunch of liars.
