Deep Sky Derelicts . New Prospects DLC is on sale but the base game and the other DLC aren't . Is ithis a bug or a " special Gog " feature ?

If you mean the image from the news post, it's from Crypt of the NecroDancer.
If you mean the image from the promo page, the other poster was right about it being from Tooth and Tail.
