Up to 80% off LEGO Batman, Bastion, Dungeons 2, Two Worlds and more.

Do you ever feel as if you are at a loss for worlds, while gaming? That the (game)world is simply not enough? Well, we are in touch with that emotion and that's why we put a plan into motion: to make a Weekend Promo featuring a collection of games that will take you to all sorts of diverse and interesting locations! So lose yourself where the Worlds Collide. You'll only want to leave when it's time to hop onto the next one.

Better start by working your way through the underground world of Dungeons 2 and eventually emerge into the overworld, ready to exact vengeance on the squishy humans. Once you hit the surface, lay your villainous ways out in the sun-bleached shores of the Tropico islands, relax and daydream about violently expanding your dominion across the globe as the future ruler of Earth 2140. When the sun starts hurting your eyes, you know it's time to venture into Gotham as LEGO Batman or isolate yourself to a remote Bastion, with the deep voice of a narrator as your only company. And should you decide to settle for visiting only Two Worlds, at least make sure you live like a Patrician, even if you have to make your fortune by delivering goods in perilous Space Runs or by planning The Big Heist.

Book yourself a first-class ticket and jump at the opportunity to see Worlds Collide, by picking from 40+ titles going for up to 80% off, including F.E.A.R., Mortal Kombat 1+2+3, Gorky 17, Port Royale, Enclave and more. The promo will last until January 19, 4:59 AM GMT.
Cultures pack equals months of sleepless nights in... unforeseeable future, because I already have Settlers 4 running a lot with some thick sessions of Underrail every few days.

God, I want to be a kid again, so I could play those games all the time.

How about a gog's re-release of the Emperor: Rise of the Middle Kingdom, just to complete the set? I have all of Sierra's builders in boxed versions, except this one, and I can't find it anywhere.

As mentioned before, at least one linux game in this weekends promo would have been nice..
Croogz... Tropico 5... on sale. Kalypso is leaving ?
That's a lot of games on promo. From those that I don't own Tropico 4 is the only thing that tempts me, but I resisted it during the Winter Promo, so I'll certainly resist it now.

And I still see Omerta: City of Gangsters Gold Edition as not owned despite owning both the base game and the Japanese Incentive DLC...

mrkgnao: Nothing of the kind.
Crookz is a modern Commandos, with much the same gameplay.
I highly recommend it.

tinyE: And it doesn't look to spec/graphic heavy. Is that safe assumption? My point being, shooters and racing games made in 2014/15 would never work on my computer.
I can't be sure because my PC is pretty solid. But what you see on GOG's screenshots is very representative. The graphics are nice but nothing to write home about and it's not as if there's a whole lot of movement beyond your characters walking/running back and forth and guards patrolling. So, yes, I'd call it a safe assumption, assuming your PC meets the minimum requirements listed on the game page.

If you play, I recommend trying to complete all the missions without being noticed and while completing all the optional objectives (i.e. collecting all treasures). It's hard but I found it exhilaratingly challenging.

P.S. I don't need to warn you to brace yourself for many tens of reloads per mission, right?

HypersomniacLive: The promo page says [emphasis added]

Tropicos, Dungeons, Legos and more at -60/70%

HypersomniacLive:
It's always interesting to see when different people on GOG write the pages and obviously do not know of each other. :P

But it's a good promo, 80% is a nice discount to grab some backups. :)

Edit: Meh, somehow the quoting is broken for this.

How are the Tropico 4 and 5 games? Is the gameplay any different from Tropico 3?

Okay, I'm getting it, but I can't download it until the 26th because of bandwidth. I'll tell you what I think then. :D

tfishell: Good deals and variety. Hopefully we'll see more WB/Midway/Monolith games here sooner than later.
Many of us have been waiting for another batch since the first one showed up. There is a wealth of classic games that Warner owns, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

I think GOG has the same problem with the Sword of the Stars "Gold Edition."
