It say's 49 games included....my list only shows 39. Am I missing something.. (or 10 somethings.)

Maybe you already bought the rest? Do you use Barefoot Essentials? If yes, check if the option to hide owned games is enabled (it is under "Misc")

no, the 39 is including the games I own... I'll check on my work computer in a bit and see if it's any different.
