Up to 90% off brilliantly cu(l)t diamonds: Raptor: Call of the Shadows, Gobliiins Pack, Bloodrayne series, A Boy and His Blob, and more!

We play the blockbusters and the indie darlings not just because they are -usually- good games, but also because they are our ticket into contemporary conversations and trends. But oftentimes it's the cult classics and the underappreciated gems that stay with us the longest, because their unassuming brilliance or grit come with the added bonus of being more of a personal discovery.
This Weekend Promo is a celebration of such diamonds coming from DotEmu + Majesco + Focus Home Interactive. Dig them right up and let them shine bright!

They are wacky, they are mischievous, and they love a good puzzle. Wreck your brain in the company of these charming Gobliiins and enjoy countless surreal interactions, as you try to save their madcap kingdom.

When the mafia comes after you, your best course of action is to Runaway. Brian has pointed and clicked at the wrong girl, and it's only through a series of tricky puzzles and bizarre conversations that he can hope to get out of this pickle. And right into the next one.

Fiery red hair, bloody red fangs, eyes burning red with vengeful fury - it's hard for Rayne not to stand out in a crowd. Especially if she's slaughtering said crowd in an explosion of stylish, sexy violence, that brings down a rather intoxicating Bloodrayne.

Check out the outstanding catalogs of DotEmu + Majesco + Focus Home Interactive, going for up to -90%, and discover some true gaming treasures in the shape of: Raptor: Call of the Shadows, Space Run, A Boy and his Blob, Advent Rising, and many more.
The promo will last until July 5, 3:59 AM UTC.

PaterAlf: I don't really care about Gobliiins 4, but I can't understand why we still don't have Woodruff and the Schnbble of Azimuth here.
Woodruff didn't have a DOS version, just Windows 3, so there may be some issues with getting it to run compatibly on modern PCs.

igrok: I highly recommend the Goblins series. As for missing games, I'd love to see here Lost in Time, Inca 1-2, Ween: The Prophecy and Woodruff. That's from Coktel Vision side. From Silmarils, Metal Mutant and Transarctica would be great additions.
I'd love to get here. Also [url=http://www.mobygames.com/game/fascination]Fascination, which I remember from the Amiga.

Woodruff is supported by ScummVM, my copy run perfectly on it.

vicklemos: You drew pretty quick, cowboy!
As I was typing I thought "damn someone's gonna say 'goliiins 4? mmkay' and 'but where's muh woodruff, GOG?' etc etc'' ;D

Ingsoc85: Agreed, Woodruff is Coktel Vision best game, combine the great humor of the Gobliiins series with a good story.
Weirdly enough, it's not even on the DotEmu store... sad, huh? I love this game, too.
Speaking of Focus Home, please consider adding Mordheim, city of the damned.

Imarion
Surprised there was no comment about Gangland which hasn't been on sale since Fall Sale of 2014...

Cool, so maybe they can bring it here, even without DOSBox.
While its a nice promo I wish we could get more Focus Interactive Games here like Act of Aggression, the rest of the Wargame franchise, Space Run Galaxy and tons more.
Save again. There is not one game of interest for me in this promo.
I already have all games i want from this promo so my wallet is safe. :D

catpower1980: Question about A Boy And His Blob

I suck at puzzle games but I see in a review that there are indications how to beat puzzles, so is the game concisrered as easy logic-wise? (that's a plus for me)
I completed the game yesterday and it is really easy logic-wise. In most situations it's very clear what you have to do and even the choices in which your Blob can transform are limited to a few choices in most levels.

The only real challenge was one of the boss fights. And that wasn't because it was very hard to figure out what to do, but because it wasn't easy to avoid his attacks while doing it.
Ugh, i finally got the chance to complete the runaway series. Sadly my credit card it´s full. I´ll have to pass. Someday, someday.

Since I'm more reflex-driven I guess it will be fine. Thanks for your input ;)

IwubCheeze: GOG, ever thought of having a weekend promo where we can buy more time instead of more games? You know, backlog and all that.....

Just give it a thought, k? :)

mecharma: Going right in the Idea Box!
AWESOME! :D :D

phaolo: How's Space Run instead? Looks like a neat TD.
It looks good, but that "frantic clicking" mentioned in the second review bothers me. It apparently has no active pause.
Got the Ishar compilation and Boy and His Blob.
