We need "Atomic Heart" without Denuvo on GOG!

I saw the announce for Atlas Fallen...I was like...Yipeee!
A good looking game!
No pixel,no extra-large big boobs hentai!
Then...I saw the release date...Steam May 16 and GOG September 2023...

We also need games like Nioh or Monster Hunter...very tired to come here every day to see only Pixel Games or Hentai...and I own some of them...no judging here...
If GOG cannot release "modern" games the same day as Steam, can we get the old ones at least?
Nioh is from 2017...do we need to wait until 2033?

And games like Dragon Age II and Dragon Age Inquisition...please remove the DRM and give them to us.
And so much more old games looking better than what we get every week here.
Please ^^
Can we get like, the street racing scene need for speed games? You know, Underground 1 & 2, Carbon, Most Wanted?
What about 3D games that are PC ports of console games? Crazy Taxi 3, Ultimate Spider-Man. You know, the 2002-2006 kind of games. We have FEAR, so it's around that same era.
Posting this in the forum doesn't help. Go to the publishers social media channels and tell THEM what you want.

Already contacted some of them...
They are polite and...I think, they don't care xD

I really don't know what to do?

Agreed, bug, bug and bug them.
comment on twitter, ask them for GOG releases, make them know there's a market here

It will be very hard to re-release these games cause of big amount of third-party intellectual property (cars, music, vinyls for NFS, Spider-Man brand for Ultimate Spider-Man) that should be re-licensed again. It'll bring big costs for publishers that don't want to bear them without guaranteed return.
I agree that GOG needs way more games that are both new and premium. GOG's biggest problem by far IMO is that it has way too few of those.

In regards to games like Monster Hunter, if it is going to have Galaxy-only multiplayer, then it would not even be worth releasing on GOG, which is GOG's second-biggest problem IMO: most of the multiplayer-based games that are released on GOG either have multiplayer removed from them, or they have Galaxy-only multiplayer instead of having Crossplay with all other platforms like they should have, and like they could have if the devs bothered to do the work to make that happen.

As a result, most most multiplayer-based games released on GOG are never worth it to buy on GOG. They literally might as well not even be here. And if GOG follows through with their plan to release Dawn of War here with Galaxy-only multiplayer, then that will be another major DOA flop which is a classic example of everything I just said.
Only way to get more AAA games on launch day is to allow DRM, which would destroy the entire website, so not sure what you want GOG to do.
Atomic heart looks awful to be honest. There are modern games coming, the publisher themselves have to be ok with no drm though which a lot arent.
If only it was that easy...
I agree. Aside from a myriad of excuses though, it is curious why otherwise single player games don't come here. Even looking up a few Japanese publishers, you'd think the likes of Capcom would be most supportive of releasing their older games on GOG, but I only see Dragon's Dogma and one version of Street Fighter on here. Why DD and not their Resident Evil games? Is DD their sacrificial lamb or something? And then you get publishers like Konami that have seemingly arbitrary picks like Silent Hill 4 even though 2 and 3 both have Windows ports.
There are good-looking games.
And there are good games.

I would rather have more good games than more good-looking games.

One of my favourite games on GOG is Dicey Dungeons. Highly recommended, and it is on sale fairly frequently. It's gotten periodic free bonus content as well.

Actually a good-looking game due to the lovingly drawn artwork but no polygons or voxels in sight. But the game mechanics...work. Balance. Difficulty. Challenge. These are the concepts that make a good game. Graphic effects and 3D models are great. But the game has to be good first.

Most "AAA" titles usually fall short on the game part and try to make up for it with visuals. No thanks.

Can i ask what looks awful about Atomic Hearts? I think it looks interesting (I intend toget it at some point), and so far it has got OK reviews from both players and critiques

Why do you think it looks interesting?

Reglisse: And games like Dragon Age II and Dragon Age Inquisition...
While I doubt a generalized forum post / plea will have much weight (better IMHO to have a specific game you're referencing or simply go to the wishlist)...

I do wonder how long EA will keep Dragon Age II and Dragon Age Inquisition from GOG?
