There are a ton of titles that just wait to be released here, stop with the shitty new games we need good old games!!!
Not that I disagree, but what would you consider an old game? 5 years old? 10? 3? 6 months? The completion of DLC and expansion packs? Removal of tech support or multi player? I'm sure gog has its own ideas about what constitutes an OLD game, but I'll be damned if I've yet to get a solid answer to this burning question.

So to make this short : we had more "old" games added on catalog this year than at any moment of GOG's history.
It's just that we also have a lot of new releases, and the oldies tend to come in massive batches when a new publisher comes on board

I like new games. Fuck off.

Yes, I'm fresh out of patience for discussing the issue for the nth time. Fuck off is all I've got.
Asterix&Obelix XXL2 would be good since it is incompatible with windows 7-8 and 10. But Atari is not able to make a digital release.
EA could release old need for speed underground 1-2, most wanted and carbon

... but sadly publishers, lawyers and/or technical support staff said no, for various reasons. It isn't as easy as crossing titles off a shopping list. You have to find out who owns the rights to them, the involved parties have to be interested and in agreement with each other, they have to accept GOG's DRM-free policy and agree on prices, and GOG has to make sure the games run on modern operating systems. Many "good old games" that aren't here yet, aren't here yet for a reason. And that reason isn't "too busy with new games". The alternative to these new game releases wouldn't be old game releases but no game releases or much less releases in general.

Also, the obligatory "GOG stopped being called Good Old Games four years ago - it's been 'GOG.com' only now for half of its lifetime".

Everything before the year 2000 will be great.

Yes I'm familiar the difficulties but GOG needs to fight harder and be more creative.

Everything? Everything?!? EEEVVVVERRRRYTHINNNNNGGGGGG?!?!??!?!??!

Even Bloodwings: Pumpkinhead's Revenge? Or Virtuoso?

Are you out of your mind? No, in fact: are you out of MY mind?
We need older games that are newer than the really old games! :-P
Circuit's Edge. Damn, I still play it by the virtue of DOSBOX.
