Yep of course, but I think if there is holidays you should give them a bit more time since support might be a bit slower because less people working. But of course there still should be some support guys left. And even if he is upset, he should not have spammed our forum and could have least tried the suggestions we tried to give him.

I disagree, but let's suppose I agreed. Exactly how long do you have to wait to get support before spamming a forum without actually bothering to check replies or do anything to figure out what happened? And why is bothering unrelated bystanders a good, or even an acceptable, idea?

adaliabooks: I think that means enough other people reported it that it got deleted... it's hard to tell because there are so many but none of them are grey (to say I've read them) so they must be getting deleted.

I apologize for obviously being unclear. I didn't mean to imply that I liked or supported what he did. I get why he did it, but that doesn't mean I agree with it. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

If I'm not making sense, I'll try this as an explanation. Right now in my country there is much controversy over police killings of unarmed civilians and not getting charged with anything. IMO, at some point it is an inevitable as night following day that if this continues people will take the law into their own hands and start killing cops. When that happens, I totally get why it's happening, but I hope by saying I get it, and by saying it's inevitable, that doesn't mean I'm in any way, shape, or form suggesting it's okay to kill cops.

I get why this person was upset (and therefore did what s/he did), and believe if a company takes your money on a holiday, they should have customer service on a holiday. By saying that I did not mean to imply that I thought it was good judgment or the right thing to do, or that it's okay to bother unrelated bystanders.

If that doesn't clear it up, then I'm sorry, the fault is with me. I have this problem often (of not clearly explaining myself).

Which reminds me, the other day Quiznos short changed me 4 cents. Now where did I put by bazooka?
It was 41 pages a while ago. About half of it is deleted now.
I, like probably many others, have downvoted and reported it as spam. I am very tempted to continue this. Do any of you know if this automatically deletes his threads, or if I just create even more work for the support persons when they return?
