Usually people doesn´t see the difference between the two, the ones used widely aren´t the bad ones but the good ones, at least as characters go.

GOG should simply automatically disable the ability for accounts with negative rep to post until they've been cleared by a blue.
Also posts in none western characters should be banned or limited to a subforum should 1 be present for them.
