Wishbone: Using paint, yes. Using light, it's an absence of all colors. Actually, it's technically always an absence of all colors, since the reason black paint is black is that it absorbs all visible wavelengths without reflecting any of them.

Um... the color potato? That might work. But wait... nah. Potatoes actually come in several different colors, including blue. No one in their right mind would look at a clear blue sky and say, 'the sky is very potato today. I think I'll go huff some gas now.' No one would say that. I'm sure of it.
