The RPG classic from 1988 rises from the nuclear ashes! Wasteland Remastered is now available DRM-free on GOG.COM. It brings new life to the title that began the post-apocalypse genre in video games’ history. As the Desert Ranger, you are the only hope left for the people in what was once the American southwest.
Just curious: do Americans want to adventure in post-nuclear America?

Yes. Love Fallout 1 and 2. Though I have to admit there is something very interesting and haunting about post apocalyptic Russia and Siberia.

It would be interesting to see a post apocalyptic CRPG set in Bulgaria to.

There's one game similar to the old fallout games set in Soviet Union. It's called ATOM RPG.

It's pretty good.

Yes, we do (:
If small indie devs and Bethesda don't have trouble with it, why is inixile consistently never porting games with full Galaxy support?
Ouuch!
The 2D-Graphics-Screenshots look good, but the 3D ones look as bad as it can get!

Why would Bethesda be in any way involved?
It's a shame they didn't change the one thing that would have benefitted the most of the modern uphaul, the user interface. The game retains the archaic UI of the 80s, which frankly never felt like a good UI in the first place.
They did barely anything to update the game to modern standards. It plays almost exactly like it did in 1988.

Practice makes perfect, as they say.
I think I get a code for this for backing Wasteland 3 crowdfunding, but I'm not sure.
Sorry, but no tux, no bucks.
I'm usually not that guy...but a release discount for owners of the other Wastelands would have been nice and appreciated.
