I like to play my games blind, not knowing what to expect, altough sometimes I do use walkthroughs after I have beaten the game to go find all the secrets I missed... :P

I had never heard of the game before now, but out of curiosity I type "A New Beginning:walkthru" in my search engine and found

Now that I have been a nice guy and helped out I will go into nasty mode:and say what a lot of people here are thinking:

CAN"T YOU USE A FREAKING SEARCH ENGINE????

Jesus, are people really that computer illiterate?

Erm... I don't know where you guys are getting this from, but Gamefaqs is part of Gamespot. Its URL is https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/ , for heaven's sake.

IGN is just a competitor of Gamespot (and a pretty good source of FAQs too).

That's why the first thing I did on this world was beat up the midwife. She looked as if she was going to say something mean, so I had to shut her up.

(half true story. According to my mom the first thing I did was hit the midwife in her eye with my tiny fist because I was thrashing around so much)

Well you can't expect people to always accurately pinpoint tongue-in-cheek in written text. Poe's law, man. Therefore you should have summoned everyone in the thread to meet you in person to hear the joke from your mouth and nobody would doubt whether it was a joke.
