Looking for this game. Tried downloading it from another "free" site and it didn't work. Any ideas? My last shot is eBay, perhaps?
Thanks for your time and effort!

Why don't you buy it here instead? You know it's available as a part of the http://www.gog.com/game/quest_for_glory package, right? And you get all the other games in the series with it as well, plus all the manuals and extra materials.

Ooh right. I've never heard of it, but the concept is...wow. Sounds like quite a hard game, though.
I don't think this is a 'free' site, well the site is but most of the games aren't.

Yes - this was the game I was referring to. Just bought it off Amazon.com

A little challenging, but not too hard. Very fun and one of the early merc games. I absolutely love it. You should try it out if you ever get the chance.

Ignore ciomalau, he might not even be allowed in the forum anymore. The other day he offered me pictures of his mother ten minutes after threatening me, and that's pretty tame considering some of the other stuff he's done. :D

Ebay...? Why can't I find this game here on the site? Seem to remember it to be quit popular.

It's been over two years. He probably picked it up by now. :P
Never heard about this game but interesting. Funnily what it instantly made me think of was Soldiers at War and guess what, it was made by the same studio (as was Chaos Gate). Might actually pick this one up one day, I quite enjoyed the other two back in the day.
I'm curious who owns the rights. Maybe GOG knows who has the rights, but couldn't get the game running on important modern OSes.

I found the executive producer of the game, Mark Caldwell, on LinkedIn; maybe GOG wants to try contacting him. Seems like a decent game worth trying to resurrect, though admittedly it might not sell as much as GOG wants their games to sell these days.
I've found a workaround to getting the game to install and play on Windows 10. A full ISO of the game is available on archive.org for download and I'm currently putting a video together on how to install and play this and many more games that were released from 1995-1998 WITHOUT using a virtual environment. I'll add a link when it's done (if anyone ever sees this and is interested).
