My favorite virtual Asian restsurant... has to be the Red Dragon in Chinatown from Vampire the Masquerade - Bloodlines. That Asian dish they have there is just so tasty ;p

YUM!

Hitman 2 had an awesome mission that involved pufferfish at a Japanese restaurant.

And Fairfox, if you haven't yet played VTMB, and love RPGs, you should play it! :D

A few games that come to my mind are:

Shadowrun Hong Kong
Jade Empire (It's set in China! And there are a few eating houses littered around)
Dex (A bit nondescript though)
Tokyo 42 (Maybe?)

Cyberpunk and any futuristic settings tend to often have a compulsory virtual Asian town, with archways and restaurants and stuff. It's almost like a fixture.
