HunchBluntley:
I think the only criteria for winning Mount & Blade is that the whole of Calradia has been united under one leader. No need for max level; honestly I have never been near that at 44 or 45 the highest ever. The amount of xp needed for max is ridiculous. Did you ever manage to destroy a political faction in Calradia? I never got that far in Warband but in the first game the lords of the eradicated faction join the other factions semirandomly.

I can't even remember all of them.

Aside from the pokemon games until platinum edition, there were:

Crisis Core:
One Of my first games on PSP and I played it so often, that I had a total playtime of 970 hours when my Memory Card broke and another 405 hours after that. So I was somwhere in NG+++++...++++

Trails in the Sky FC:
played it 6 times back on PSP and another 3 times the GOG version

Trails of Cold steel 1&2:
I finished 8 playthroughs in the EU-PSV-version, 5 playthroughs in the US-PSV-version, 4 playthroughs in the GOG-Version and 3 playthorughs in the japanese PS3 versions (the PS4 remasters ary already bought so that'll be another 5-6 playthroughs)

Persona 4 (Golden):
4 times the PS2-version and 8 times the PSV-remake

Persona 5:
6 times, currently on the 7th one

Tokyo Xanadu (Ex+):
3 times the EU-PSV version, 4 times the japanese PSV version, 3 times the EU-PS4 version

The Mass Effect Trilogy:
I don't know how often, at least 10 times each game though

Depending on how you count the playthroughs every VN I played so far with 5 or more routs.
If you count a VN finished if you played through every route, meaning for 5 playthroughs you need to finish every route five times, it'd be:

Majikoi + Majikoi S
Ayakashibito
Fate Stay Night (Realta nua)
Steins Gate
Steins Gate 0
Grisaia
G-Senjou
Comyu
Muv Luv
Hoshizora no memoria

No, though in my most recent character's game, the Nords came close to being wiped off the map, though not particularly because of my actions. They just wound up really getting ganged up on by the other factions for the first couple hundred days or more -- to the point that everyone was at war with them for a brief while, and for most of the game to date, there were at least 2 factions fighting them (including mine, the Rhodoks). For a long time, they were down to holding only one of their starting three walled towns, and no (or almost no) castles, some of which changed hands seemingly daily.
The remarkable thing about that is that both of the towns they lost fell to other AI-led factions, with no help from me. This is my third character, and between the three, I've played probably something like 1,500 in-game days so far, and I don't recall any of the fortified towns ever changing hand without my help in those first two saves.
Twisted Metal II
Shogun II Total War
first Halo
Last of Us
Earthworm Jim
Gauntlet (Atari Lynx) co-op
Baldurs Gate Dark Alliance co-op
Warhammer Shadow of the Horned Rat (PS1)
XCOM
D&D Treasure of Tarmin

Thats all I can think of off the top of my head. In a couple of years Im sure I can add Demon's Souls, Dungeon Master, Tomb Raider and Armored Core to the list.
In the Achievement Era, people could record precisely how many times they beat a game.
It is interesting for a retro gamer and Achievement Hater like me.

No. I do not really hate all Achievements, I just do not like its current implementation in the game industry.
Many old gamers have their own hidden Achievements, like "beating Prince of Persia within half an hour without game saving" [1].

Beat Metroid in less than an hour.

And no, I could never manage it. In fact, the guy running the site I got this pic from admits he had to cheat to get the pic.
Super Mario 2 and Bubble Bobble (the good ending). There are others, but these two games quickly came to mind.

I think so, I watched my sister go through it a few years ago and its still a neat game. Its pretty simple by todays standards, but if you are looking for a dungeon crawler you can beat in an hour or two it works very well. When we were kids it was a lot more scary so maybe some of its nostalgia, but I like it.
Hmm .

Manhunt
Chaser
Most of the ones I had when I was a kid, little money and lots of time is a nice combination to beat a game over and over and over and over...
For non-run-based games, I think my only answer is Day of the Tentacle, which I think I've beaten 6 times?

If we're talking about run-based stuff, I've finished at least 1000 Binding of Isaac: Rebirth runs.
Resident Evil 4, 21 times across GC and Wii.

Banjo-Kazooie, Mario 64

I've played enough WoW and private servers to qualify that.

Can't remember the last time I've played through a game more than once other than those.
