Prince of Persia (the original one): I can beat it in almost half an hour.

Portal: heh, one hour and half. Right now I'm trying to complete the "challenges", though, and they are a fucking hell.

Diablo II: I'm playing this sh*t non-stop since 2001. And I don't plan on stopping any time soon. Or ever.

Eye of the Beholder: back when I only had a 286 as a gaming machine, I spent my Sunday afternoons trying to play this game from start till the end in a single session. After a while I knew almost all of its secrets.

Flashback: as before.

Another World/Out of this World: same as before.

Etc.
If by "beat" you mean getting a winning screen, then I have beaten Civilization IV (and other strategy games) dozens of times.

If you mean finishing a storyline, then the closest would be The Secret of Monkey Island. I am not sure if I reach the five counter, but I at least have completed a full playthorugh 3 or 4 times throughout the years.

Lots of games i could give this honor to, but none have i seen the credits as much as Starfox 64.
Commandos 1 and 2
TR 1-4
Contra
Metroid
Tecmo Bowl
BreakThru
Empire Earth
yadda yadda yadda

does anyone really care? :P
Bioshock
Commandos: Behind Enemy LInes
Deus Ex
Doom 1-2 + Final
Dragon Age Origins
Giants: Citizens Kabuto
Heretic
NOLF 1-2
NWN
Portal
Sam & Max Hit The Road
System Shock 2
Thief 1-3

Obviously stuff like infinite random map skirmishes in RTS's (eg, Age of Empires / Mythology) or rounds in puzzle games like Solitaire, Mahjong, Minesweeper, etc, the "replays" must run into the hundreds.
Not a single one. I rarely play games twice, not to mention five times. I think I beat Max Payne three times, and it might be the only one.
* Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX

* Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages

* Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons

* Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

Uh...I think there's a pattern emerging here.

* Pokémon Blue Version

* Sonic 3 / Sonic 3 & Knuckles

I'm struggling to remember whether other things hit the five mark, but those ones are definite.

It is interesting that you beat Empire Earth five times but not other more popular RTS games.

I didn't name them all, I got bored. :P
I've beaten the first StarCraft and the first three C&C's and Red Alerts countless times.

if sex is like shit to you, then I would stop doing that as well...
I've gotten every ending of Deus Ex at least once.

I've played Phantasmagoria through probably 5 times.

Duke Nukem 3d and Wolfenstein 3d, and Max Payne completely through on various difficulties.

Super Mario Brothers 3 and Super Mario World each. Zelda A Link to the Past. Final Fantasy 4 and 6.

Intended-replay games (like Civilization or Diablo -- strategy or loot drop games) don't count and I won't list.

Not there yet: I've played Unreal through 3 times. But each play just takes so long, with its meandering middle. But one of my favorite level-segments in any FPS is that one where the skaarj just keep coming at you in swarms right at the beginning and you always run low on ammo because they just keep coming.

I guess you knew it, but you don't have to play the whole game to get the different endings. I also got all the different endings, by reloading a savegame like 15 or 30 minutes before the end, and doing the stuff that was required for each ending.

Same with Spec Ops: The Line, I replayed only the very last parts of the game several times, to get the different endings (were there three different endings, IIRC?).

Fallout was different, there the ending would be somewhat different based on what you had (or had not) done much much earlier in the game.

Many, many, and many again. I am am comfort zone kind of guy. But the top offenders...

Lord of the Realm 2,
Knights and Merchants,
Diablo 2 (Counting as "real" plays, not baal runs)
Soulstorm
Zeus
Craft the World
