I have fast 100 Mbit optical internet. I usually download things at 7-10 Mb/s, but lately gog.com downloads are really horrible achieving speeds only 100-200 kb/s - I retested my link several times and everything is fine. I remember that downloading from gog.com used to be fast, but now is horrible. Downloading witcher at this pace will take me several days. I really do not want to install gog galaxy, is there please any other solution of this problem?

It seems to be a temporary issue brought about by the Witcher 3 DLC.

You're using Galaxy? Try using GOG downloader https://www.gog.com/downloader

Or download the files manually from your account (with a download manager).

That won't help much I think. Direct downloads seems to be affected as well.

So is the DLer. I've had miserably low speeds for the W3 1.10 patch. As low as 80 KB/s and averaging only around 200. So it's something on GOG's end.
Thanks a lot for the replies, I am not using galaxy - I am downloading directly from my account.
MaGog has been seeing an overall deterioration in GOG access times, The regular update usually takes ~45 minutes; these past few days it has been taking as much as ~75 minutes.
To see the filled half of the cup, I hope that all this slowdown we're getting is due to the increasing number of purchases & non-so-happily downloading GOGers.

Money which can then be reinvested in the distribution infrastructure... theoretically.

Well, it took 12 hours to download Witcher 1 - and guess what, during installation I got an integrity check error, so I can repeat the download again...
