I submitted a full refund ticked regarding CP 2077 over 3 weeks ago now, but haven't been put in touch with any representative from GOG, all I'm getting is automated messages and FAQ suggestions that tell me to CONTACT GOG.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes and that is due to the fact that support is currently overloaded and overwhelmed.

Yep, it's the same for everybody. I'm still waiting on a refund (not Cyberpunk) I asked for over three weeks ago.

yeah, it's kinda the norm these days. GOG is inundated with refund requests for that game so it does quite a while to do it. It also might be a conscious tactic in the hope that you change your mind as the time passes ;) In any case, they'll get around to you eventually :)
