This is one of the reasons I wouldn't buy new games on GOG, if I bought brand-new games at all. I'd definitely do my research first to see what the patch situation was.

Slender: The Arrival is one of the worst offenders, and really should be removed from the store imo.

It's completely bullshit . I mailed them 99999999 times even they won't read them or won't give an answer . It's definetely a scam and a cash grab .

I read that... don't care. I own the trilogy (and thus Final Cut) on Steam already. I rebought it here to get it DRM Free... not to get another Steam code that I can't use

Cool, all I need t o do is break a lifetime promise to myself to never use that drm'd platform and then I can get the package which was advertised here, good solution.
It was specifically sold here with the tag that if you buy all three, you get the final cut when it is done. This has not happened.

Well it will be better if they release it in good condition then a buggy mess. So I can wait for the delay.

That said if they release the Xbox version without the GoG version I will grab my pitchfork and torch because it will be a clear sign the devs is not acting in good faith.

How does this help someone that doesn't have nor want a Steam account? How does this change the fact that Neocore haven't kept their word & still seem to be dragging their feet about 6 months later?

^THIS^ exactly. I purchased all 3 here specifically because in the release thread it was advertised that if one purchased the complete trilogy one would get the Final Cut free when released. The Final Cut was released 6 months ago, so what's the hold up?...

I understand some people don't want to use steam. Fair enough. I just thought some may not have read that part because it was so far down the announcement and not all that noticeable.

Anyway I look forward to the gog release (whenever that may be)

And while waiting for that I will see if neocore are true to their word.

That may be the best indication of how they operate.

As mentioned previously I will update if and when anything happens from neocore's end

And of course I bought all three here because I want them DRM-free too. That's why we're all having this discussion in the first place :)
