I had bought Bloodlines about a year back and love it, I can still see it on my computer load it and everything, but when I look at my library it says that I haven't purchased it??? I also never bought redemption because I still have my hard copy of the game.... anyone else have an issue similar to this and know how to get it corrected?

Are you sure you purchased it on GOG?

Only reason I ask is because it was released on GOG on April 25 2016; which is pretty far off from "about a year back".

I'd say three possibilities.

1) You bought it on Steam and forgot LOL

2) You bought a GoG key elsewhere (key reseller) and it was fraudulently purchased, in which case GoG had to revoke the game

3) Sometimes something can "disappear" from an account - try an account refresh (someone smarter than I will post the link shortly) or shoot a quick PM to a person in the forum with blue text - or even better file with Support (though you might have to wait a day or four).

But only do the last thing if the first two don't apply.
