I'm having trouble finding references (seems they've all been taken down/removed), but was that being made by the same guy that tried to kickstart a remake (?) and then a Bloodlines based mmorpg, and after both were canceled due to (blatantly obvious) legal issues, he and some other guys tried to kickstart an original but obviously cut and paste Bloodlines based mmorpg a year or so ago?

yes it does but white wolf publishing has merged with and become part of ccp games
and they most likley dont want to play ball

the "new" characters are just the old ones reskinned and replaced
