Good day,

I was using galaxy 2.0 almost every day, I have automaticall start up on and no problem for a long time. But 6 weeks ago I was forced to just log in again so I typed my email and password (both correctly) and it show me message saying USER NOT FOUND next to my email adress. I tried to login from different devices, also not just app but on browser and nothing. I also contacted support but after 6 weeks no respond. And I am really desperate becouse I have some games on GOG and I want play them and I don't have them downloaded and also I am using cloud saves. Did anyone know what to do?

Contact support, warning they are bit overloaded they are the only ones to help you resolve this.
