she manipulates Ariel into giving her voice up for a chance to go after her crush

she disguises herself as a human female to further ruin Ariel's chances of getting with Prince Eric

she uses her magic to make the Prince fall in love with her, thereby further discouraging Ariel

she manipulates Triton into signing his godhood away, and then baloons into a huge giant poseidon with intent to finally kill the good guys

she turns Triton into a little seaweed creature

she eats that poor animated shrimp

she has formidable magic to begin with

she's cunning, resentful, and mean

also the prequels are better than the new Star wars
