Hi All,

So I've been with GOG a long while, but I'm wondering if I'm missing something with the Updates...
Is there no way still when you get notified that a game has an update... when you click through its made obvious what the update is?

I know installers go through updates as well, so a blue spot (rather than a version number) would be good, but I still have no idea if its just installers all the time or if there has been any bonus material added.

Would be nice to know and not rely on checking through the community threads.

Cheers!

Some months ago, GOG added changelogs for games. When you get an update, click the box of the game that has been updated, "More", "Changelog".

This won't do you any good for games that have been unbundled, though, so I recommend that you take a look at the What Did Just Update? thread as well.

For one, you can sort your games by "Updated" in the top left of the library page. Additionally, within each game card there is a changelog under the "More" button (for most games, its still a work in progress).

Thanks guys, I figured out the updated list, but the changelog makes things easier for sure. Clicked through and no new extras... I guess I'll just have to keep both eyes open!
By the way, I've noticed that our resident cookie monster PaterAlf has started a changelog thread in several game subforums so we can keep track of all changes (as I recall the changelog is quite limited in size so previous entries will be deleted eventually).

Here's an example:
