It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

zeffyr: Tell me guys, how diversified is the gameplay? Can you base your strategy on completely different solutions or is it more like the same actions repeating over and over, just getting harder as you progress?
Given how limited the demo is I can't say for sure. Best thing for you is to try it out yourself (via Unity browser plugin), and see if the basic form of it appeals to you enough. Judging from some of the images on the game card there's definitely more ways to go about things in the full game.

Just tried the demo on Firefox, and I'll be getting the game for sure at some point- after all, how many games actually have their interface (or part of it at least) in Greek? :D (see the attachments-the 3rd one shows that I'm pretty lousy at the game atm, btw)

I tried it yesterday and I don't get the rules - what am I supposed to do there? The tutorial is almost non-existent. Sorry for discussing in this thread, but mistermumbles doesn't accept chat messages.

You basically have to connect the stations which are represented by a triangle, circle and square. By each station signs appear that represent where the passangers wan't to go (again, triangle, square, circle). You connect the stations by left clicking on the first station and pulling a line to the next one you wan't to connect to. Each colour represent a new metro line. If you wan't to expand a line you need to click on the line at the end of it (after the station) and just pull it to another station you wan't to expand to. If you wan't to edit a line you just need to press at the end of the line and pull it back to the station before it.

The goal of the game is to expand the metro as long as possible until it doesn't get so overcrowded on a particular station that the metro brokes down. When one week is finished you get a free locomotive you can put on a line that is getting crowded. You also get an option to choose between a carriage which you can add to a line to increase passanger capacity on a train or an option to build two tunnels to expand your lines or an option to expand your line. Basically you have to be carefull how you expand your lines so that it doesn't come to overcrowding fast. In the beginning you can loose very fast if you are not carefull. Im just happy to see it coming here although Peter Curry did point out last year that it might come here.

Matruchus:
Good writeup by Matruchus. A few things to add.

Pretty quickly, other shapes start to appear (other than circle, square, triangle). And the same ones don't appear often. So, say, you have a "+" symbol at one end of your city. You likely won't have many lines running at the edge of the map, so when someone from across town needs to get to the +, they will have to transfer to other lines to make it to their station.

Check out this screenshot: http://static.gog.com/upload/images/2015/07/4672fd1a3ba656e8cd5f18846e4972289e829417.jpg
The red line is too long, so it's bogging down under passengers. At the right side of that line is an overcrowded station. The dark grey in the interior of that lighter gray circle will advance like a clock and when it goes the full 360 degrees the game is over. Different cities experience overcrowding at different numbers of passengers.

You can redraw your lines as much as you want in Normal difficulty. I do this all the time. The Extreme difficulty eliminates this option, but must first be unlocked before you can play it.

In addition to extra cars and lines, carriages, and more tunnels, some cities give you 2 cars per turn (a turn is a week) and you can also get fast trains in some Asian cities. Interchanges are some other goodies offered up at the end of the week and allow fast transferring of passengers.

I tend to run out of tunnels quickly. All of the cities have bodies of water that need to be crossed. You don't have enough tunnels to make each line cross water even once. That's where a bunch of my rerouting has come - uh oh, new station across new water, but no tunnels left. :)

I'm not really a point and click fan but wow does that look disturbingly wonderful. Like Roald Dahl / James and the Giant Peach meets Beetlejuice crossed with something creepy I can't quite put a finger on.

Hot damn, I was hoping STASIS would come here! And SOMA looks frickin' awesome in an Amnesia-meets-Bioshock way. As long as the play mechanics are good, both of these will be Day One purchases.

Can't wait for Soma. The game seems really awsome coming from the gameplay trailer.
