We would like to inform you that, due to our storage and CDN provider's outage, we are encountering technical issues that may cause difficulties in downloading and updating your games both through the GOG GALAXY client and GOG Store. Already downloaded files are in no way affected.

We are trying to mitigate this external problem by switching to our secondary storage while our provider is restoring data. We would also like to highlight that those issues do not affect purchasing games. Currently available discounts on selected titles will not be extended due to the above.

It is our team's top priority to resolve those issues and we aim to resolve them as fast as possible. Apologies for any inconveniences caused.

Same here neverwinter nights 2 download stucks at 92%. Manual download still has 404.

Still not working here, same errors as before. I can't download the game I bought yesterday (XCOM Apocalypse) to play offline or via GOG Galaxy.

Same here. Nothing changed. Been trying to download the new Succubus VR game which I purchased 2 days ago.

Offline installers for Jagged Alliance 3 are not up to date and also not available for download at all (404 - Not Found).

An update for Battle Brothers stuck at 91.2% for some time now, couple of retries. Guess the system is not fixed yet.

Just downloaded an offline installer without issues.
I just hope this is completely fixed when BG3 drops. :)

still not working. wont install new game i purchased. i hit install and says failed to install e9. tried on both the app and web page, both wont install

Forumites, please, rather than saying "the new game I just purchased", or "nope, still the same" maybe if you want to give just a tad more detail and actually NAME the game(s) you're referring to? Then with feedback the community can help can work out whether ongoing issues are localised or widespread.

Clownski, one or more (I tested 1.bin) Batman Arkham Knight offline installers still are getting a 404 error via browser. I shouldn't have to report this to Customer Support - this game was a common title reported early on in the outage.

Download of the offline installer of Jagged Alliance 3 still generates a 404 on all parts.

Edit: Download via GOG Galaxy still stops at 91.9%, with the Log indicating that a Visual C++ redistributable cannot be downloaded:

Still not working. I just retested all those I posted the other day:-
