Johny.: Web dev team (yes there is one ;) ) is working on it. Sorry you have to wait though!
Just out of curiosity. Are they working with full speed or just like half an hour here and there? I could imagine that clearing a conversation or blocking another user is some work but fairly straightforward and not something extraordinary. The top men are now already almost two weeks on it and counting ...

Breja: So which is it, I wonder? Are your "top men" working on shit, or are they on vacation?

Any timetable you care to share with us? I'm sorry, I don't want to be an ass towards any actually hard working GOG employee, but the fact of the matter is ont the whole GOG's and "the blues"(not your's personally) crediblity is... shall we say, very limited. It's been eleven days since the last update (if you can even call it that), and we passed the two-week deadline so long ago I don't even remember what it looked like. Elsewhere there has still been no updates or even a proper official annauncement about the gifting restrictions. It's getting increasingly hard to treat you guys seriously with such posts.

No worries, better late than never ;-)
Thanks for the heads-up.
So now we can clear conversations on the chat page. That is a good start. I wonder however why we can't remove the corresponding person in the bar on the left side? Why do I want to store a list of people I had a conversation with (which gets bigger and bigger over time) once I have cleared the conversation itself?

Logical question and it was one of the first things to be pointed out on the new announcement thread for these features.

But as always no acknowledgement, response, update from GOG or even the usual spiel that they are listening to our feedback™.
I think this deserves an update... old thread with a topic that needs revived!

stg83: Well I certainly hope its comprised of more than one top man then. We did wait patiently for two weeks which was the original timeline and after that there was no news.

In some situations, the top man is not the ideal position. Recommended reading: accepting the bottom :D
