Stepping into the world of SNEG's classics is like embarking on a nostalgic journey, where memories of childhood gaming sessions come flooding back; but not only, as it is also a chance for the younger generation to explore what some of us once loved.

Let’s see what incredible retro adventures we’ll embark on next, soon on GOG!

CyClones
It’s a classic first-person shooter, first released in 1994. The gameplay takes place at the end of the 20th century, a time marked by devastating wars and widespread pollution that caused severe damage to numerous countries across the globe. Eventually, an intriguing revelation was discovered – an alien invasion, during which a significant portion of the invaders were actually clones created from samples of human tissue. These clones were genetically manipulated and subsequently augmented with cybernetic enhancements. As a player, you’ll assume control of the HAVOC unit, and be entrusted with a series of missions by the Earth government; with an objective to confront and repel the alien invaders and their clone servants.

Take No Prisoners
It’s a timeless top-down shooter, first released in 1997. The game unfolds in the city of San Antonio, Texas, portraying a post-apocalyptic world set in the near future. You'll assume the role of Slade, a skilled mercenary enlisted by Martech Industries, Inc. to undertake a crucial mission. Your objective will be to to retrieve a precious crystal located within the Dome, a fortified structure situated at the heart of the desolate city. This Dome acts as a shield, protecting its inhabitants from the devastating radiation that plagues the rest of the planet. To accomplish this task, you'll have to navigate through the chaotic streets of San Antonio, engaging in intense battles against a formidable coalition comprising military, civilian, and security forces!

Warbreeds
It's a real-time strategy game that takes place in a distant galaxy, where the Yedda, a humanoid amphibian species, has tragically become extinct as a result of famine, disease, and internal conflicts. As a consequence, the four former servitor races of the Yedda are now locked in a fierce battle for supremacy over their planet. You’ll get a fascinating opportunity to fully customize their warriors, equipping them with a wide array of weapons that offer an astonishing number of over 35,000 unique combinations.

Necrodome
It’s a first-person vehicular shooter that provides thrilling arena-based car combat, immersive driving, and the unique feature of being able to disembark from the vehicle and engage in ground-based battles. When on foot, you’ll be armed with a powerful tribarrel shotgun, enabling you to deliver devastating firepower to the enemies. Additionally, you’ll have an exciting opportunity to hijack damaged opponents, seizing control of their vehicles and turning the tide of battle in your favor. This combination of vehicular and on-foot combat mechanics adds depth and versatility to the gameplay, allowing you to experience intense action from multiple perspectives!

All that and even more, soon on GOG!
Nice, I was looking forward to CyClones and Take No Prisoners way back in the day but never picked them up. :) Curious what games the "even more" will refer to.

Great to see more classics on the way.
SNEG are killing it, very nice.
take no prisoners is like top-down duke nukem from what I remember. mageslayer was very similar but with a fantasy setting, same dev, should've arrived together. also remember the others vaguely. cyclones I mixed up with origin's first-person thing for a second and don't think I played much of necrodome (and none of warbreeds, I don't think).

tnp might end up getting bought at some point in an alternate universe where the store works properly.
Take no prisoners and Necrodome - thank you.

amok: huh?
The entire description sounds like it's meant for a totally different game, probably some other upcoming title?
I doubt SNEG could convince Raven to port Black Crypt to DOS more than 30 years later, but that'd be something.
I remember Warbreeds. They're not necessarily good memories, but I'll probably pick it up just to know if my memory's any good :P. SNEG doing the GOG's work with them classics.

GOG.com: Upcoming SNEG titles "Take no Prisoners" and "CyClones"
Take no Prisoners looks like the top-down version of CyClones.

;o)
Saw "CyClones" and almost said something negative. Had it confused with Cyberbikes, for some reason. :)

Just noticed Necrodome was developed by Raven. Is it too much to hope for that we'll eventually get Wolfenstein (2009)? :)

OMG, these are really games from my highschool years. Wow! I remember the dynamic Cyclones music. There were only 3 or 4 tracks, but ... these were awesome :D

Oh, and Take no Prisoners. Is there any hope, that eventually MageSlayer and Hexen II would come to GOG too?
Ah, great memories of playing Necrodome. Definitely deserves a modern port, or a sequel or spiritual follow up. :)

I also remember seeing a lot of ads for Take No Prisoners, but I don't think I ever played it.
