Nope! we only find out what games are available on the next gog connect session
otherwise its a complete mystery

No and I think there will never be. If there is, many people will choose to spend money at the other store instead.

No because otherwise people will just buy the game on Steam. It's supposed to be a surprise, mainly during big sales to get people to visit GOG.
