It's been 20 years since we crash-landed on a planet full of ugly aliens, snazzy guns, and conveniently places power-ups. Today we're going back for a nostalgic trip FREE of charge!

Together with Epic Games, we are celebrating this anniversary with a 48h giveaway of Unreal Gold, the hallmark FPS that expanded the shooter genre with open areas, sweet weapon upgrades and, well, unreal lighting effects.

Grab it for FREE through our front page banner until May 24, 5pm UTC. If you already own the game, you will receive a code for a friend (needs to be redeemed before June 7th, 10pm UTC).

Celebrating the 20th anniversary would be slightly better with some Unreal Tournament 3 on GOG ;)

Please Epic Games, the game is already DRM-free if you have the retail disk, and the same applies to the Steam version...

Maybe even slap in some Galaxy integration for easy multiplayer (optional of course) and you got yourself a nice GOG release that my wallet will not appreciate.

Thanks . Have the games already and still fun today. The tournament games are pretty much mp but you can play with bots. The UT games are freat fun.
