WOW ! Awesome work on the Darklands cover!! Seems we're both putting a lot of work into some cover image editing . . . =)

Edit: I wondered where you got a cover with Darklands at the bottom since I saw none like it when I did my searches for useable images.

I made a path from that bottom title and converted it to custom shape. That way I could make it any size I want without looking pixelated ;)

Thiev: . . .
Sounds like we think alike. It's actually great fun trying to make a bad image look good . . . but . . . sometimes it nice to find an image that allows the "thirty minute" cover . . . =)
Awesome work, btw!

What kind of cases would you guys recommend starting a project like this with? The standard DVD cases or the cases most modern PC games come in?

Any ideas on the types of cases, printer and paper I should buy, would be much appreciated. :)

And yes, I'm a noob at this type of stuff. ;p

Have a look at examples Red once made: , [url=http://img210.imageshack.us/img210/276/cover2qc6.jpg][2] , . There are [url=http://www.gog.com/en/forum/general/unofficial_dvd_covers_list/post1]instructions how to print as well.

For the rest, Stuff answered that better than I ever could, so just read his post here :)
Thiev,

Please delete my existing Desperados cover and replace it with these two. Found a higher res image of the original and an acceptable res for the other cover, thanks

Didn't have much free time during last few days. Sorry ^^'

My Canon printer hates smaller templates. They look a little blurry. I think that in this case I'll try to post some printing instructions tomorrow. It was really fun to do this cover so I'll try to make some more :)

I'm moving the whole list to Google Docs in couple of days. Easier to maintain that way.
