Does anyone know why I am unable to buy this? I have tried buying it from the checkout, yet it says I can't because I already own it and have to gift it, but the gift tick box is greyed out, and so is the option to put it to check out.

Also when I look in my library of games I can see that I do not have it, only Battlezone 98 Redux.

If you go to Battlezone 98 Redux in your game library you'll most likely also see Battlezone 98 Redux: The Red Odyssey listed as a DLC on the same page. All DLC content and binaries on GOG are listed on the main product pages.

DLCs show up at the same box as the base game. Are you sure it's not there? Are you also sure that it's nowhere to be found in your order history?
