When I try to download something from the browser, there is always a "403 - Forbidden" message.

If this doesn't help, what browser are you using? What are your security settings? Usual suspects to check first.

Tried to download from Firefox in Windows and also from Linux using Firefox and Chromium, and in every case i get the same error.

Is your ISP blocking the site?

You could try clearing browser cache and log out and log in again if you haven't tried those already. If all else fails, contact GOG support.
