Hi,
I was wondering what the typical turn around time for "Purchase product issue" trouble ticket?

Any help from support would be great,

If you don't have a response in a couple of weeks, you can message a blue for escalation.

Wait, what, a couple of weeks for a purchase issue...and how did you come to this conclusion, may I ask?

GOG's support is extremely understaffed and people are in general waiting up to 5 weeks for support ticket responses:-

Due to an error on GOG side, I’ve been unable to pay for any game for a full year.

When I finally reached out to them (it took a while, because at first I naively trusted the error messages about the issue being with my bank) I had to wait a full month and several pings back from me before getting a human to look at my support request.

From what I read on the forum, my experience has been the common standard for a couple years already. And it is not going to improve since GOG does not want to hire more people to help their understaffed support team.

(the only upside is that their support people are nice and efficient, once they get to you support request)
