Hi there,
I have two questions:

1) Recently I bought a bunch of games in the summer sale and for some reason Rebel Galaxy wasn't included in the purchase. I figured it would add it after but it never was. Is there some way to fix this? Please advise.

2) I often use a VPN and often it uses servers in the US which makes my IP appear as if in the US. Up until this weekend I have been able to change my currency to Canadian, (where I reside), by switching it off and logging into GOG.com to do so, (I haven't been able to figure out how to do it in Galaxy). However, when I decided I wanted some other games yesterday, it wouldn't give me the option. I switched off the VPN, deleted history, I restarted. I don't know what else to do as the CAD$ option doesn't exist anymore. Is there any way to lock in CAD$ on my account? Please advise.

Best Regards
Dygex

Rebel Galaxy will be sent to your e-mail as a gift code. There might be delays (up to days) till it arrives.

Is there no option to change your currency in your account settings?

Have you checked your email for any messages from GOG? Some others have mentioned this issue with Alan Wake's American Nightmare, as apparently it doesn't show up directly in your library. The code for the game is sent to the email associated with the account. Check there first but know that there may be some delay in receiving the code.

Normally, there should be at least two ways to change your currency via drop-down menus:

1) From the bottom right part of the main page (see the attached image 1)
2) Go to to your account settings by clicking the following link:
https://www.gog.com/account/settings/personal
(see attached image 2)

If the drop-down menus don't allow you to change your currency, then your only option is to contact support:
