Sachys: Well, if you broke the NDA you signed through a job, you would lose your job. I dont see this being any different than security cameras catching you out in such a situation.
In other words: the person who did this should have expected it (not saying its right).
DadJoke007: You are right about that, the issue here is the terrible NDA that allows EA to F their customers without lube. Sure they are allowed to have that NDA, but people should call them out on their anti-consumer bullshit.
or you can abide by the NDA and not lose your crap - or just not get games in an early access state with NDAs attached in the first place.
of course, if they dont have an NDA warning on the store page regarding all this (and detailing it) at the point of "sale" (ive no idea if this is a freebie or not, so using the term sale), then its not only anti consumer, but also illegal in some countries.
Edit: having said that though, an NDA (or any legal contract) is only really legally binding if signed in person by both parties and witnessed. so id reckon in this case (depending on where the streamer is from) theres possibly good grounds to take EA to court.
