Hello, I'm trying to remember all the fantasy MMORPGs that were made in Europe.
I remember dutch Spellborn, which died quickly (officially at least), then Ryzom and Dofus/Wakfu from France, but were they the only ones ?

Anarchy Online
EVE!
The Secret World and Age of Conan from Funcom
RuneScape, even if it is now owned by the People's Republic of Chinese Gamers.

Someone already mentioned EVE Online.

Will return if I can think of more.
Oh, and Tibia obviously.
Drakensang Online
There's Mortal Online, developed by a Swedish studio, and Allods Online by Russian developers.

Oh, right. I forgot that Wakafu was an MMO too.

Not anymore, they're owned by The Carlyle Group in the US now. Though, to be fair, Carlyle is public and does have Chinese stakeholders, though I don't know exactly how many. Also, Jagex is still from the UK so I guess it still counts.

Changed owners again?! I missed that piece of news. Yes the studio is in England.
Evony...

EDIT: I played it around 10 years ago, and just now looking it up on the tube, it appears completely different now, compared to how it was back then...

Haha yeah, they went to MacArthur and less than a year later were in the hands of Carlyle, it's pretty odd lol
Age of Conan and The Secret World are made in Norway.

Edit: Already mentioned earlier in the thread I see.

It was one of the first whores of the genre, how much could it have changed?
