me and a friend have decided to use one account from now on. is it possible to get the games he has on his account moved over to mine?
No. Just keep it separated. Only one owner for one account. You can't transfer license like that....

However, you could always share the installation files (since they only need to be downloaded once and after that you are free to do basically whatever you want with them).

I don't think it's possible.

That's actually against the Terms of Use. Good luck with it.

Promoting piracy ?
me and a fellow pirate have decided to pay only once for two copies of each game. is it possible to get GOG to be okay with it and actually help us?

Maybe we should all just get one huge mega account and share that as a community.

Yeah, I was wondering why somebody would even think to ask about doing that. It just smacks of piracy.

we should all, like, chip in $10 into a pot, and if we, like, get 100 of us together we would have, like, $1000! We could buy most of gOg's catalog for that!

5x over if we get a Russian to do it!
yep, figured that was the case.

Why wouldn't it be the case? GOG turns a bit of a blind eye to people that treat the games like a book, but something like this goes well above and beyond what any reasonable company would permit.

How exactly do you justify this? Either you want to pay once and both play the game (low level piracy) or you promise to only play the games that you bought, in which case sharing an account doesn't make sense.

I can see no justification for this which doesn't involve piracy.
