Hello!

The studio behind Streets of Rage 4 and Scott Pilgrim is making a new TMNT game. It's coming to "PC and consoles" but the source doesn't specify exactly which ones. Nickelodeon asked Dotemu to make a game for them, and since Nick has the TMNT license, Dotemu chose that. The trailer shows April and Splinter fighting. I'm hoping this means we actually get to play as them. I'm really excited for this game. What do you think?
I'll keep my enthusiasm in check. I didn't like Scott Pilgrim all that much and I haven't played any other games from the developer (Tribute Games).
Looks great! though I would've like a 'slightly' higher resolution
Didn't like Scott Pilgrim much either lot of cheap attacks from enemies (the number of times an enemy blitzed from off-screen and got in free hits was just nuts) and the pacing was very slow.

Street of Rage 4 though is really good and a worthy game in the SOR series.

I personally would have liked a cleaner look as well. I think they made it like this so people would connect it to the arcade game.

I haven't played Scott Pilgrim myself. I'm optimistic about this title because I really liked SoR4.

A new game with classic turtles. Hell yeah.

Hope we get this.
Seeing that SOR4 made its way over to GOG, here's hoping the same is true for TMNT.

WHAT THE...! How did I miss this? When did it get release on GOG? It looks like it was a day 1 release on STEAM and GOG, and it's been discounted multiple times on GOG... I can't believe I somehow missed it all this time.

On topic, I did grew up watching the original TMNT series, so I'm hyped about this game, so I really hope the developer gets the mechanics right.
interesting titbit for some of you: Its Mike Patton (of Faith No More fame) singing the theme tune.
from the trailer the game shown LOOKS good, or as it should for nostalgia purposes. I wouldn't mind an adventure game for a mature audience based on the original comic book though.

Well, I think at the very least, this has to beat Turtles in Time, and that is a tall order.

Extremely tall, especially when it come to the music
Hopefully this will find it‘s way to gog. Cowabunga!
Looks like total garbage IMO.

It looks much worse than both of the TMNT arcade games, and also the SNES port of the second arcade game.

They might as well have just refurbished those arcade games and then released them onto PC, rather than making a new game that is worse than both of them.

Probably because the GOG version is a castrated version IIRC, and hence it was received very dis-favorably here (and rightly so).

Dotemu brought their last few games here. I'm confident TMNT will come here too.

The GoG release of SoR 4 didn't have online multiplayer. It has since been fixed.
