Who else misses Total Biscuit and his reviews for PC games. For those that don't know of him, he passed away a few years ago from cancer(colon cancer I beileve). He was beloved in the PC gaming community for his no BS reviews when it came to reviewing strictly PC games. he was a big supporter of GOG and their mission too! God rest his soul he is missed.
Yeah he was good. Now we're stuck with Sterling.

To be fair there are some great reviewers out there but none with quite the same style and priorities.
i miss him too, maybe try angryjoe show
YongYea is doing decent work, but no one will ever top the Biscuit, may he have optimal frame rates and wide field of view sliders wherever he is.

Jim Sterling doesn't really do reviews any more. He has this thing called "Jimpressions" where he plays through a game and just gives his (usually fairly insightful) impressions of it, but mostly for the sake of comedy.
TB was a prince compared to clowns making YT game reviews nowadays.

...his name was total biscuit?

...?
I liked his reviews. Zero Punctuation reviews are pretty entertaining, even if I don't always agree with them, I always laugh at least.
Yup, loved his videos, particularly how silly excited he got when he played Space Marine for the first time

His real name was John Peter Bain. TotalBiscuit was his nick. Another nick was "The Cynical Brit".

I follow ACG.
Honestly, I didn't like his work one bit. I'm sorry he's gone, that's no way for anyone to go. But I thought his work was just naff. Much prefer the likes of ACG, who is more on point.
I used to check some of his videos and while I definitely wasn't his fan I'm still sad about his death.

Yeah more of a comedian/political pundit, no platform focus. Their common ground is in criticizing certain business practices.
