I want to thank all those who upped their pledge. Knowing that I'm not more likely to play this than I played any other KS game that didn't have an Android version, I couldn't bring myself to pledge more, but I do want to hope that this will be a great RPG, that's why I paid for it in the first place, and any additional content would be great.
A bit less than 2000 dollars and a bit more than 3 days to go! We can do this, hell yeah! Though I hope this will be the final stretch goal they'll need.

Pillars of Eternity also wanted to have one for more wilderness areas, but somehow they decided against it (guess the support wasn't as big as they'd hoped on the forums....). Would have upped my pledge there, too.

BadDecissions: Maybe I'm just obtuse, but I find their new webpage remarkably badly designed. "OK," says I, I'll add the novella collection. Go to "Pledge ... no, there doesn't seem to be any way to select add-ons there, just make full-scale Kickstarter donation. Right, Right, I should go to "Rewards," that's where the add-ons are listed. OK, Select Rewards, Novella Compilation ... "Not enough points." OK, we'll try "Pledges," although I'm not interested in my "Pledge History." Good, "Pledge any amount." It's ... a cent a point, I think? Pledge what is probably the right amount of money, back to my Account page, back to "Rewards," "Select Reward," ... not enough points. OK, to hell with this. You can keep my fifteen bucks, InXile, but I'm not delighted with you right now.
Just to warn you - there support sux too. Here is my sorry story.

I invested in the Wasteland 2/Tides tier. When I noticed this current thing I tried to logon to my account and I couldn't so I attempted to reset my password. Password reset info is never received. This initially happened a couple weeks ago. I then attempted to contact them on their kickstarter page and then most recently a private message to them on kickstarter. No response.

Truth be told - it might be a comcast issue (which is why I attemplted to contact them through kickstarter - I continue to get the kickstarter spam from inexile) and I spent about 45 minutes talking with their support to try to determine if it was comcast's issue; I don't think it is but with comcast you are never sure.

Because of this I will NEVER give any money to a kickstarter again - I will buy stuff normally.

[EDIT : Problem is now resolved - I was able to make through a PM here and on kickstarter yesterday and was able to access my account today. I am still a bit ambivalent about kickstarter; but I might reconsider]

Press "claim transactions" on the email addresses page (and make sure all relevant emails are linked up and verified!) if your new pledge isn't showing up. Contact us at support@inxile.net if anything is unclear.

Support has been slightly backed up of late but as a rule we reply to everyone within 48 working hours (so not counting weekends). Our Kickstarter inbox only has two unread messages, both from today, all other messages have been answered, are you contacting us through here?

Comcast does indeed block our verification emails, we've tried sorting through this with them but they've been little help. Contact us on Kickstarter or support@inxile.net and you'll get sorted, we just need to manually verify your email and get you access. Mailing us regularly works, comcast just blocks our verification emails.

Thanks for the reply; its getting rather frustrating.

Yes, I did leave I a message there on the kickstarter link October 20, a comment on October 16 in Update #34 comment section, and I initially left a message on the contact page which I would think would go to support@inxile.net. I will try to send a private message on kickstarter again (just sent).

http://www.inxile-entertainment.com/support? Yes, that goes to support@inxile.net. I just searched the inbox but no emails regarding/from comcast. Feel free to mail us directly. Any emails directly to support@, Kickstarter inbox or that support form do get answered (typically within 48 hours), other methods of contacting us don't tend to be as reliable.

Feel free to PM me here too though with your email details so I can just help set you up manually.
Poor Jon Gwyn, he's got even more to do now :D

This is the first of probably numerous threads that I am going to keep alive by making a post in them. I think this thread should be available for commenting and participating in the future and should not die.

I'm looking forward to Torment: Tides of Numenera more than any other game ever released without question. I'm not letting the excitement get to me though.

Why should it die in the first place? It will be active once we get tons of big, new information! Which we cannot have right now, as InXile is busy. :)

It would have gone into a closed archive, and then we'd have needed a new thread. Now we can keep using the existing one.

Oh, thanks, haven´t seen that post yet! Good to know...
...anyways, I´m quite surprised that the last post was from last year---I thought there would have been one in the recent past!

Perhaps the only necro (of all the asinine ones I've seen so far) that can actually be justified...
When is this game supposed to release?
