since gog had (so far) always a topic in its gambling promos (luck of the irish/pot of gold, mutator/mutation and piñata). i'm curious about its next gambling promo topic. any ideas?

i have one: russian roulette, you'll see 6 possible games in the checkout (probably 5 unpopular/cheap and one expensive) after completing the checkout you'll see which one of the six games you'd purchased.

Why not? If you don't like them, just don't participate. There are lots of normal promos all the time. One gambling promo a year won't hurt anyone. And for some of us it's the only chance to get some of the regional priced games very cheap and without regional pricing. :)

Some kind of a Memory promo would be cool. You see the cards for a short time then they are turned over and if you can find the ones that belong to a certain game, you'll get it. It will start very hard with expensive games and gets easier each round you don't succeed (but then you'll cheaper games).

Not interested in simple gambling. I'd only participate if it was something fun like a virtual Takeshi's Castle obstacle course (e.g. as an in-browser Flash game) and anyone who makes it through gets a free game of their choice among a specific selection and if you only make it so and so far, you get a so and so deep discount.
