There doesn't seem to be a DOS game with that name. (The well-known game with this title is a Windows game.)

There's two reasons for that: one I spelled it from memory, and two, it was a windows game in the 90s. I just remember that interface being like Civ, so I remembered it as a DOS game.

But not in any special order, like numbers or characters to denote an order of things;. 2 comes after 1 and B comes after A, and so on...

Just because Albion comes before Beneath a Steel Sky alphabetically, doesn't mean Albion has presence, or is preferred before Beneath a Steel Sky.
