Interesting. I just finally sat down and completed Little Inferno yesterday. While the ending was weird, and I didn't have the patience to guess all the combos (used a wiki for the ones I couldn't figure out in a few attempts) I thought the concept was cool, and the implementation was phenomenal. I'll look forward to Human Resource Machine.

Kung-fu kicks both of these onto my wishlist. Hiyaa!

Very interesting. If this helps kids grow interested in programming, it gets a huge thumb up from me. (Because the world needs more insane introverts that only speak Regexp.)

No need to be sorry. The "necro" was only about a month old, and as long as the game isn't out yet, the thread is still as relevant as ever. Didn't see the video until now. It looks awesome!

Indeed it is. I have already tried, on multiple occasions, to use regexp for parsing/matching HTML/XML and found it equally insanity-inducing every time. Thankfully, there are ready-built parsers, and I was happy to find BeautifulSoup (for Python, which at the moment is my primary language) which is quite usable... when combined with regexp for matching contents.

Nah, it took ages for my senility to arrive, because it got lost twice, found behind the cushions, buried, queried & then returned to sender before they sent it to me.
But that was decades ago, I`m over it, especially since we split years ago.
