Me too. It's a genre I can't do anything with. But GOG staff seems to love roguelikes.

Well, seems they love dying! :-D
Wait, people genuinely thought those games were coming here today?

I guess people will believe any rumor these days.

To be honest I didn't truly expect them to arrive today, I'm simply getting impatient.

A great reason to buy Oblivion even if it was to be released the same day as Skyrim (highly unlikable to happen) is Nehrim: At Fate's Edge. ;)

adaliabooks: The day Oblivion, Skyrim, Fallout 3 and Fallout 3 New Vegas come to Gog.

Possibly.

So what do we think?
I think year 2018

It has nothing to do with what i want, i want Valve to be sold to CD Project with all Steam catalog DRM free

The date given on that forum list was May 17. Could possibly be that it meant May, 2017 as the release date. If that's the case, we have another year to go, boys and girls.

drealmer7: Haha!

I've not yet been able to get Dark Souls to try. The setting, artwork, and unforgiving brutality of it really appeals to me, but I'm not disagreeing, they could be over-hyped and bad as well, but I don't think their hype even comes close to the proportions of the hype and blind fandom of the bethesda games.

It is absolutely double-edged for me though. I bought both F3's and NV's CE and because of the hype+fandom was able to make my money back 5x! So they were great purchases, even if bad games.
DS is all awesome save for the combat. The sluggish, exaggerated movement with bullshit hit detection.

Bloodborne on the other hand....

Nehrim's sequel "" is supposed to be released by the [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ry7EZ29K5po]3. of July (The subbed English version may arrive at the same time, the dubbed version is definitely not going to be ready by then).

From what I can tell from the released footage, they achieved a higher production quality than with Nehrim and they stated that they wanted to improve upon the aspects that I always thought were Nehrim's shortcomings. I would be surprised if I didn't enjoy Enderal a whole lot more than Skyrim but that doesn't mean a lot.

Totally forgot about that! Thanks for the reminder. Though I guess Enderal will be played by less people than Nehrim, since Skyrim's DRM prevents many folks from buying it. Hmmmm, and now that I think of it, maybe Skyrim sold much more copies than Oblivion because it was even more streamlined & mainstream and in the end it attracted many casual gamers as well? Anyway, 3rd of July it is!
