I just picked an answer even though none applied. And I can't remember ever buying something because of an advertisment but I don' t know wasn't a answer to the question if I did so I voted yes as it seems unlikely in 47 years there's been zero influence.

Just took the survey, I'd like to be in for A Virus Named Tom.

I do think there should be more questions asking why the person answered the way they did. Most probably wouldn't respond, but it does provide some nuance to the data compared to just a 0-5 scale.

I submitted the survey, although I have to say that more than a few questions are confusing and could benefit from being more specifically-worded. I suspect the person who made this isn't a native English speaker.
