****Gotta go to the store for a bit, but when I get back I will be posting some pics/trivia/initial thoughts/etc****

Game Update =-=-=-=-=
This expansion for the classic FPS Half Life was fun to get/play back in the day(iirc I still have the original box/manuals somewhere).......from the new training level(s), to the new weapons/enemies. Of course, (imo) some unofficial campaigns(like
They Hunger and
Poke646) were a bit better in some ways, but I still wax nostalgic over the official expansions & I will replay them every now and then when the mood strikes me.
Tips Some might need to check the box for
Raw Mouse Input in the options, else turning the view with the mouse will act weird/buggy.
Play through the training bits if you never did so, as they differ entirely from the ones in the original game.
(the Blue Shift training differs as well, and is also somewhat fun to play)
Besides searching every corner for hidden things, ammo, etc, noclipping outside the bounds of the area can sometimes be fun(make sure to save first, in case of bugs/etc).
Screens 1. I get some awesomely cliché free instruction from Major Payne before being told to head out to training.
(which, much to my dismay, does NOT involve trains)
2. A. Shepard journal entry 1:
"I spotted this strange man in blue looking down at the courtyard(likely at me, no doubt) today. What does it all mean? Soon I will figure it all out" 3. So I got to training and found this....ok then: *Shepard walks onto the target square while whistling*
4. After the flaming water filled tunnel, the dangling exposed wiring, and the steam pipes.....now my vision has gone green?!? Oh wait, it's just the nite-vision....phew!
5. Near the end of the training I find out the most risky way to open a door from Pvt. Expendable here.
